Your support is vital for the continuity of USMAA. Please fill the membership application form online or download the PDF and submit it to become a member of USMAA. All financial members of USMAA are eligible to make a subsidised annual one-off donation which will enable you to attend the Eid-u- Fitr (Ramadan) celebrations, Eid-ul-Azha (Hajj) celebrations, Trivia night and the regular functions free of charge.
Members who are financially current but do not wish to pay the annual one-off donation will be charged $15.00 per head at each of the major events.
All guests and those members who are not financially current will be charged $25.00 per head at each function.
Visiting parents of financially current members and those who have paid their annual one-off donation will not be charged at these functions.
Members are requested to pay their subscriptions and annual one-off donation within the first two months of the new financial year. The annual subscription rates are;

1. All applications must be completed and signed by a proposer who is a current financial member of USMAA (please confirm with the current treasurer regarding financial status of nominating member).
2. The USMAA Constitution is available here
3. Each application form should be accompanied with the correct subscription fee for the year.
Note: Applications for membership will not be processed without the fees.
4. Fees and donations should be paid either by Cash, Money order, Bank transfer/deposit or Cheque drawn in favour of USMAA.

Category of Membership

FAMILY
|
Any individual family where either spouse is of Sri Lankan Muslim descent and their children under the age of 18 shall be members as a family group upon payment of the annual subscription for Family group as is prescribed from time to time by the association. If there are children over 18 and working but living with their parents the one of family fee will cover.

PENSIONER
|
Any individual/family of Sri Lankan Muslim descent who holds a valid Centerlink Pension Card.
|
|
SINGLE
|
Any individual of Sri Lankan Muslim descent above the age of 18 shall be a single member upon payment of the annual subscription as is prescribed from time to time by the association.
|
|
STUDENT
|
Sri Lankan Muslim students living in Australia are classified as student members.
|
|
AFFILIATE
|
Any person interested in Islam, Islamic culture, Islamic teachings or Sri Lankan affairs may be accepted as an affiliate member upon payment of the annual subscription as is prescribed from time to time by the association.
