Janaza Notice,
Sh Mohamadu Nawaz's father Bro Saleem has passed away in Sri Lanka. Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rajihoon. Janaza is this morning in Sri Lanka. Prayers will be held at the Hougan's Masjid, Hoppers Crossing today after Magrib Salaat ( around 7.30 pm). Please try and attend. Sh Nawaz's number is 0433 924 197.

*Subscriptions for 2012/13*
Just a reminder that subscriptions need to be paid in order to avail the
membership rates and vote at USMAA meetings and hold office either in the
mangement committee or its sub committes. The subscriptions help
us subsidise various activities and also pay for administration costs such
as web licence, insurance, postbox fees mail outs etc. As such
its important that members support by paying their subscriptions. Those
members who have already paid , please ignore this message.
Family : 50.00 ( parents and children below 18yrs)
Single: 30.00
Student: 20.00 ( children 18 & above full time
students)
Pensioner Family : 25.00
You can either pay directly in to the USMAA account ( email a copy of
the receipt to us) given below or send the cheque drawn in favour of USMAA

There are only 300 tickets been sold and members are kindly requested to
purchase their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets will
be available at the SGM or can be obtained from any of the Management
committee

Family: 50.00 ( Parents and two kids below 18)
Child : 10.00
Visiting parents and immediate family of the above members can avail the
above rate
Non Financial members & Guests
Adult 30.00
Child 15.00
Reminder that the SGM is on Saturday 6th October at 6.00 at 386 Ferntree
Gully Road, Notting Hill.
